Description
This wine is from Paul De Villiers, and it is a Cabernet Sauvignon. It was made from grapes that were picked at the optimum ripeness, and it was vinified using a combination of modern and traditional techniques. The wine is full-bodied with delicious rich flavors of dark berries and piquant pepper. Supported by tones of spicy oak gained from aging in new oak barriques. The wine has a recommended serving temperature of 55-60 degrees Fahrenheit, and it will be available in a 750ml bottle.
