This wine is made from grapes that have been picked at their optimum ripeness and then vinified using a combination of modern and traditional techniques. The wine is full bodied with lovely rich berry fruit flavours and piquant pepper supported by tones of spicy oak. The wine can be enjoyed now, but will benefit from further careful maturation for up to 7 years. The bottle size is 750ml.
