Description
This wine is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a fruity taste with hints of red fruit and caramel. It also has a dark chocolate and toffee taste. The wine is paired with roast leg of lamb and Chocolate Fondant.
Unexpectedly full-bodied and round, without any of the green bitterness that so often creeps into South African Merlots. Red berry flavours gradually evolve into dark, rich plum with hints of musk making a subtle appearance. Demands seared Wagyu steak with a red wine reduction and fondant potato.
