Description
The wine is a Shiraz and has a spicy, ripe plum flavor with easygoing tannins and a creamy aftertaste. It has bright flavors of cassis and violets with integrated spice and subtle oak aromas. The palate is medium bodied with fine, dense tannin and balanced acidity. The wine is vegan.
Spier Signature Shiraz is a classic young Shiraz style, rich ruby red in colour. Fairly light in style for early enjoyment. Flavours of spice and ripe plums on the nose and palate with an undertow of brul*ed sugar. Gentle soft tannins and a creamy aftertaste.
Serve withKorma curry or mildly spiced rogan josh, or fire-cooked hamburgers with bacon and cheddar cheese.
