Description
Pinotage is a South African red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. It has a dark red color with a ruby red rim. It has a sweet spice, plum, mulberry, and vanilla nose. The wine has hints of ripe and juicy raspberry, strawberry, and black cherry flavors with well-integrated oak spice. The wine has an exciting tannin structure. It pairs perfectly with Rosemary and Elderberry roasted leg of lamb, venison, spare ribs with a rich barbecue sauce, oxtail or osso buco.
