Description
Pinotage is a South African wine made from Pinotage grapes. It is a dark red wine with a ruby red rim. The wine has hints of sweet spices, plums and mulberries with hints of vanilla on the nose. The wine has well-integrated oak spice on the palate with an exciting tannin structure. The wine pairs perfectly with Rosemary and Elderberry roasted leg of lamb, venison, spare ribs with a rich barbecue sauce, oxtail or osso buco.
