The Nicolas is a blend of five different wines, each with its own unique flavor. The Shiraz grape is the main contributor to the flavor, adding spice and depth to the wine. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot give the wine structure and a classical flavor, while the Malbec adds a beautiful deep color and vibrancy to the wine. The Merlot enhances the fruit profile and Cabernet Franc adds richness and spice to the Shiraz.
