Description
Zappa Sambuca is a liqueur made with essential oils and spices. It is flavoured with anise, star anise, liquorice, and other spices. It also contains elderflowers. The liqueur is mixed with pure alcohol, a concentrate solution of sugar and other flavorings, and bottled in 750ml bottles.
Zappa Sambuca is perhaps the best known as a shooter, but this liqueur can also be mixed with lemonade or used as a cocktail ingredient.
