Description
The product is a set of three drawing pencils - Sepia, Sanguine, and White. The Sepia pencil is reminiscent of burnt umber, the Sanguine is reminiscent of blood, and the White is reminiscent of chalk. The Sepia pencil is the easiest to shade, the Sanguine is the hardest to shade, and the White is the easiest to blend. The lead of the Sepia, Sanguine, and White pencils can be sharpened to create an accurate and delicate finish, or they can be half-worn to create an opaque finish. The Sepia, Sanguine, and White pencils can be used alone or together to create beautiful contrasts against white or coloured papers.
Conte Sepia is reminiscent of burnt umber shade. Conte drawing
pencils shade easily and their lines are easily blended. With a
sharpened lead, you achieve an accurate and delicate finish. With a
half-worn lead, the finish becomes more opaque as the pressure
exerted on the pencil increases. These pencils create beautiful
nudes, portraits and landscapes, and can also be used for
sketching. The can be used alone or as a trio to create beautiful
contrasts against white or coloured papers. Available in Sepia,
