Description
This wine is from the Ellis Jonkershoek Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard in the Case 6 region of the Western Cape. It has an intense dark color and a complex nose with deep underlying aromas of blue and blackberries and cedar aromas. The palate is nervous and fresh, with fine, dense tannins. This wine is built to last and would benefit from early drinking. It pairs well with venison and ribeye on the bone. The bottle size is 750ml.
