The Nexcare ColdHot Therapy Pack Traditional is a reusable gel filled warm bottle with a velvety, soft touch fabric finish. It is intended to provide a safe, drug free and easily accessible source of soothing heat for home and leisure use. The pack is designed to reduce muscle spasm and to decrease pain, soothes and relaxes. It can be used as a body or bed warmer. The pack is also designed for backache, stomach ache (due to muscle tension only) and period pain. The pack can be microwaved in the oven on the lowest power setting for 3 minutes. The pack can also be used in the microwave on the defrost setting for 30 seconds steps. The pack is not to be heated in an oven or grill.

Directions For Use: Microwave oven:1. Lay pack flat in microwave set to 640W and heat 3 x for 1 min.2. Remove pack carefully from microwave and briefly knead the pack after each interval to distribute heat evenly. 3. Apply directly to body - no additional cover neededWarnings:- Never heat the packs when folded or creased. Leakage may result.- Be careful when removing hot pack with bare hands from microwave- If pack is too hot, wait for it to cool down before applying to body- Packs will be damaged if overheated.- Do not heat in an oven or grill.- For unknown microwave oven power, please use the lowest power setting (defrost setting) andwarm up the product in 30 seconds steps.
