Legacy Single Malt is a bourbon that has been aged in barrels that were previously used to store white wine. This gives the bourbon a light sweetness and a variety of aromas, including vanilla, white chocolate, and cinnamon. The bourbon is also light and clean on the palate, with gentle waves of fresh fruit.
Time in Bourbon barrels and Virgin Oak casks brings a light sweetness to The Tomatin Legacy, which boasts aromas of vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon. On the palate gentle waves of fresh fruit peppered with ginger emerge ahead of a light, clean finish.
