Description
The BUMBU XO is a Panama-made rum that is aged for 18 years in former Bourbon and Spanish Sherry casks. The rum is then given a six-month finish in former Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks. The BUMBU XO has a nose that is rich and complex, with aromas of vanilla caramel oak and a hint of fruit. The taste at the beginning notes is of toffee roasted oak and vanilla, which are replaced by orange peel pepper and even a hint of coffee. The BUMBU XO is a wonderfully appealing rum that can be combined very well with a cigar.
The BUMBU XO is distilled in Panama and aged for over 18 years in former Bourbon Casks then the rum is given a six month finish in former Spanish Sherry Casks.
The best sugar cane from Panama is used for the XO.
