They also have a guarantee that states that if there are any problems with the underwear, such as hygiene reasons, they will be replaced. They also have a policy of accepting exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the underwear is in the same condition as when it was bought. The cost of returning the underwear by post is at the expense of the customer, unless it is faulty.

With no seams and a wide waistband these briefs give you full range of motion, like you're hardly wearing anything at all. It's a choice, isn't it, boxers or briefs. We say rotate between them.
Returns
Your Boody Guarantee
Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on underwear unless faulty. For all other styles, we accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the garment has not been worn and is returned in its original condition.
The cost of returning the item(s) by post is at the expense of the customer, unless faulty. If you would like to arrange a return on a faulty item or an exchange, please contact us.
