They also offer a guarantee that says you can exchange underwear for a different style within 30 days of purchase, provided the underwear has not been worn and is returned in its original condition. The cost of returning the underwear by post is at the expense of the customer.

With no seams and a wide waistband these briefs give you full range of motion, like you're hardly wearing anything at all. It's a choice, isn't it, boxers or briefs. We say rotate between them.
Returns
Your Boody Guarantee
Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on underwear unless faulty. For all other styles, we accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the garment has not been worn and is returned in its original condition.
The cost of returning the item(s) by post is at the expense of the customer, unless faulty. If you would like to arrange a return on a faulty item or an exchange, please contact us.
