Azul Ultra Tequila is a premium tequila made with a unique process that takes five years to complete. The tequila is aged in a Spanish barrel that previously held sherry, adding a sublime touch to the final product. The tequila is also available in a 750ml bottle. The flavor is described as being fruity with notes of prune, cinnamon, caramel cream, vanilla, and crystallized ginger. The tequila is best paired with pear tartlet and chocolate truffle.

Clase Azul Ultra Tequila's journey lasts almost 14 years. Five of those years are spent inside a Spanish barrel that previously contained sherry, adding a sublime touch.
The Decanter is adorned with platinum, silver and 24-karat gold, Clase Azul's most proficient artisans recreate the distinctive feathered motif on the sheer black surface of this decanter entirely from memory, as the platinum brushstrokes become visible only after the ceramic is fired.
