Waterford Knockroe 1.1 is a single malt whisky from Waterford, Ireland. It is a 50% ABV whisky. The whisky has been aged for 12 years. The nose has dried flowers, fern, sage, dry hay, warm lavender, buttery, dried tea, porridge, milk chocolate, toasted bread, grapefruit, cloves, fudge, and ripe banana. The palate has cloves, black pepper, ginger, custard, tobacco, malty, soft spices, citrus peel, blood orange, dark chocolate, and lemon posset. The finish has a gentle oily spice that leaves a hint of ginger and lemon. The whisky is 750ml and has an ABV of 50%.
