1x Sapphire wheel, fine: Suitable to file and treat nails, fine-grain sapphire wheel. The special feature of this sapphire wheel is that the internal sanding disc rotates whereas the external housing does not. This makes it possible to precisely file nails without the risk of burning the skin with the quickly
