Description
The wine is made from Syrah, Pinotage, Petit Verdot, and Pinot Noir. It is a blend of wines that are meant to be enjoyed in different ways, with a structured wine for cold winters and a lighter wine for warm summer evenings. The wine has notes of fresh cherries and spice on the nose with mulberry and mocha flavors leading the palate. The wine is made with 59% Syrah, 31% Pinotage, 5% Petit Verdot, and 5% Pinot Noir. The wine has an ABV of 13.3%.
Where does the mountain start and where does it end. Only the badger truly knows. Before the vines were planted their friendship was based on the Mountains years of guidance. The Badger too brought his ingenuity and resilience, soon after a symbiotic relationship developed.
The only thing left to do was to create this Cape Blend.
Due to limited use of additives the wine is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
