Description
Danzantes Espadin Joven is a type of artisanal mezcal made from 100% Espad*n agave that is hand-harvested from the Oaxaca Valley plains. The agave is roasted in a stone-lined, wood-fired pit and then milled using a horse-pulled millstone. The mezcal is naturally fermented in 800-litre pine vats with yeast native to the region and double distilled in copper stills. It is bottled in 750ml bottles and has an alcohol content of 47%.
