Distillery Fynbos Gin is a Cape gin made with 27 indigenous botanicals, many of which belong to the Cape Fynbos Floral Kingdom. The botanicals are hand selected by Master Distiller Helmut Wilderer, father of South African craft spirits. The gin boasts a well balanced assortment of herbs, spices and zest on the nose. On the palate, it reveals juniper berries and typical Cape Fynbos in stunning depth and complexity.
