This is a description of the Dalal Neon Fabric Paint. It is bright, soft, and flexible, and will not crack. It is best used on light colored fabrics, and for printing and painting on dark fabrics, see the Dalal Opaque Fabric Paint or the Dalal Opaque Medium.
