This wine is made of Pinotage grapes and other red varieties. It is low in alcohol and has real exuberance. The wine is color extracted from the skins during the first 24 hours in the cellar and is then fermented for 7 days. After being injected with CO2, the wine is sparkly. The wine is made in South Africa.

This sparkling wine is made predominantly of Pinotage grapes blended with other red varieties. The grapes are harvested by hand at 21.5 degrees - 23.7 degrees balling and placed in small baskets to prevent bruising
