HOW TO USE BUCHU LEAVES
Herbal Tea (infusion): Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons. Allow to infuse for 10 mins before straining. Drink 1 cup 3 times a day.
Tincture: 1-2 ml
