This is a bulk product of dried green tea powder, Camellia sinensis. The powder contains powerful antioxidants and can be used both externally and internally. It is also a general tonic. AS A TEA
Infusion: pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of herb. Let it stand for 5 min- 10 min, then strain. Drink 3 times a day.
You can use tea in lotions or add to your bath.
