HOW TO USE
For worms: as a herbal emulsion: Beat the seeds in a mixture of powdered sugar added to some milk or water. Take it in 3 doses within 6 hours. Follow it up with a dose of castor oil a few hours later. For prostate problems eat a handful of seeds every day.
