Description
The dried rose hips are used to make tea, for general debility and exhaustion, for treating mild gall bladder, kidney and bladder problems, and for promoting hoof growth and coat condition in horses.
Among other things, Dried Rose Hips are used in herbal teas, beverages, jams, syrups, breads and wine. Rosehips are used as a natural defence against infections like bronchial infections and colds, as it is a good source of Vitamin C.

HOW TO USE
To make a tea, use just two teaspoons of dried hips to one cup of boiling water and steep for 10 to 15 minutes
If using in recipes, just add them to any wet ingredients
Or you can rehydrate them by mixing with a little water
