Celestron Advanced VX + 8" EDGE HD Product Info Celestron combined their smallest EdgeHD optical tube with a light, but steady, mount and tripod to give you a complete observation platform you can easily take to remote locations: the EdgeHD CGE 8" f/10 Aplanatic Schmidt-Cassegrain GoTo EQ Telescope. Included in this kit are the 8" EdgeHD optical tube, with a 90° diagonal and 40mm eyepiece, and the Advanced VX motorized equatorial mount, with a NextStar hand controller that has a database of over 40,000 objects and Sky Tour mode as well as a solid 2" stainless steel tripod.
