The Scanpan Classic Frying Pan is a 20 cm frying pan with a ceramic titanium non-stick surface. It has a solid pressure cast aluminum construction, sloped sides for easy food flipping and transporting from pan to plate, and a durable non-stick coating that allows for fat free, healthy cooking. The pan is oven safe to 260C, gas, solid plate, ceramic, halogen and oven safe. The pan can also be used with metal utensils.
