This fan is designed to keep flies and bees away from food and drinks. It has no chemicals and is safe to use around children and pets. The fan has soft-touch blades that come to a stop when they come into contact with something and then resume as soon as the obstacle is removed. The fan runs on two AA batteries, for approximately 35-45 hours.
