Description
The Smeg Retro Hand Mixer is a handheld mixer with a 250W motor that is designed by Matteo Bazzicalupo and Raffaella Mangiarotti (Deepdesign). It has two function keys that allow you to select up to nine speed levels for mixing, whipping and Turbo. The control panel is embellished with a backlit LED display showing speed and time of use. It is a versatile small appliance for mixing and whipping cream, batters and doughs. It is equipped with three different types of stainless steel whisks to guarantee the best results in the processing of each dough. Accessories included are two wire whisks for more airy textures like whipped cream, sauces or egg whites, two Optimus whisks ideal for semi-hard doughs such as biscuits and cake bases, and two dough hooks for leavened products such as pizza or bread.
