Description
The following is a summary of St. Therese of Lisieux. She was born in France in 1873 and died at the age of 24 due to tuberculosis. She was highly influential for Catholics and others because of her simplicity and practical approach to the spiritual life. She was canonized in 1909 and is popularly known as the "Little Flower of Jesus."
