The motor control board draws more power only when required, which helps the motor last longer and cuts down on energy consumption. The blender is heat resistant, and suited for blending soup and other hot liquids. The lid has an air vent to allow steam to escape and to use the included tamper while blending. The blender is built-in with a cooling system with an automatic overload protection mechanism to prevent overheating. The stainless steel parts (socket and bearing) ensure durability. The tamper is included. The blender is available in black, maroon or white. The blender comes with 2 recipe books to get you started.
