HOW TO USE CATNIP
Herbal Tea (infusion); 1 cup of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the herb. Infuse for 10-15 minutes in a closed container. Strain. Drink up to 3 times a day.
Tincture: 2-6 ml three times a day.
Make a poultice with dried leaves moistened with warm water and apply to affected area.
