Dried mullein flowers are used as a tea for respiratory problems such as sore throats, coughs, and bronchitis. Mullein is also a traditional lung tonic. The tea is made by boiling water and adding 12 teaspoons of dried mullein flowers to 1 cup of water. Mullein should be avoided during pregnancy, and should be used with caution by people taking medications.

MULLEIN FLOWER TEA
Just use 1 cup of boiled water and 12 teaspoons of dried mullein flowers and steep for 1015 minutes.
