The Biltong Cabinet B quip is a small, stainless steel cabinet that is well suited for small volume operations, hunters, home industries, and biltong enthusiasts. The cabinet has all stainless steel construction, preset temperature control to avoid tampering, and an efficient extraction fan for maximum air changes and uniform drying throughout the cabinet. The unit can cure 25kg of wet product at a time. The new stiffer door with improved seal and internal hanging brackets for improved flexibility make the Biltong Cabinet B quip more flexible and easier to use.
