This is a machine for producing biltong, a type of cured meat. It has a glass window for product display, a locking door handle for security, and an adjustable thermostatic temperature control. It is fitted with an anti-bacterial ultra violet lamp for product protection, a powerful extraction fan, and a heater cannot be switched on without the fan being in operation. It can cure 100kg of wet product at a time.
