Description
The Bce: Fish Fryer Anvil is a front-mounted electric anvil with temperature control and safety features. The anvil is supplied with one drain tank and adjustable feet for levelling. The anvil is powered by Incoloy elements and has a 40mm diameter drain valve. The anvil is suitable for use at temperatures between 50°C and 190°C.
