The Bce: Fish Fryer Anvil is a stainless steel anvil with a surge area and cold zone. It is supplied with one drain tank and temperature thermostatically controlled with safety cut-out to prevent oil flashing. It has adjustable feet for levelling and a large 40mm drain valve for fast effective draining. The operating temperature range is 50*C -190*C.
