The sturdy handle features a no-gap design and enhanced ergonomics for cooking with total stability and comfort. The pan is safe for you and the environment, and has a non-stick coating that is made from an inert substance called polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which is harmless. Tefal was one of the first manufacturers to eliminate PFOA from its non-stick coatings over a decade ago.
