The product is an extract of wild almond leaves, which is said to mimic the natural conditions of the Betta fish. It contains Yucca extract to bind ammonia (NH3) in the water, and contains Calcium to activate the muscles and to develop strong bones, teeth, and scales. The product is also recommended for conditioning the Betta, promoting spawning, activity and colors, and lowering the pH of the water and neutralizing harmful chemicals. Finally, the product colors the water via natural tannins, lignins and fulvic acids.
