Description
The Umuthi Purple Kohlrabi Sprouting Seeds are a type of Microgreen that is low in saturated fat and cholesterol, has a good source of thiamin, folate, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium, and a very good source of dietary fiber, vitamin C, vitamin B6, potassium, copper, and manganese. However, a large portion of the calories in this food come from sugars. The seeds will take 1-3 days to germinate, depending on the growing conditions.
Purple Kohlrabi has a small, dark seed which grows into anaesthetically pleasing purple and green sprout which will add a splash of colour to salads and garnishes. Also good to use as a Microgreen.
