Directions for use: 1 ampoule once a day
1. Turn the cap clockwise tightly until the safety ring snaps.The red protective cap opens automatically and the B12 powder is released into the liquid.
2. Keep turning the cap until it stops. Then shake the ampoule until the B12 powder & liquid are mixed well.
3. Unscrew the cap anti-clockwise, open the ampoule and drink the liquid.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
