The Work Sharp WS-WSBCHPAJ-I Precision Adjust Sharpener is a manual sharpening system that uses an angle-guided abrasive jig and clamp style sharpener to sharpen knives quickly and easily. The Tri-Brasive sharpening stone plates can be used to sharpen knives in coarse, medium, and fine grits, and the angle of the sharpener can be adjusted from 15 to 30 degrees. The sharpening slide rod has a spherical ball socket joint that allows for easy adjustment of the angle. The Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener also includes a benchtop sharpening base, knife clamp, and sharpening slide rod.
