Molen VS Cape Brandy is a blend of brandy that has been matured in Spanish Sherry casks. It has a smooth taste with a unique European twist. The blend contains brandy that is between 3 and 6 years old. The aroma is of wood, sherry, and walnut, with a more subtle bouquet of apricot, sweet vanilla tropical fruit. The palate is full and fruity, with spices and a nutty, sherry-laden swallow. The finish is soft, fresh and long lasting.
Matured using the Spanish Solera method with old Spanish Sherry Casks, Oude Molen VS Cape Brandy has a consistently smooth taste with a unique European twist. The blend contains brandy between 3 and 6 years old.
