Description
This wine is a Cabernet Sauvignon and it is from the Cederberg region in South Africa. It has a black fruit, blackcurrants, and plums flavor with hints of violets. It has a well-integrated oak flavor with a ripe tannin structure on the palate and a smooth finish. The wine is best served at around 3-6 years old. It can be paired with steak, slightly fatter steak, richer lamb, and a light berry sauce. The cheese board should include a Beaufort, REAL gouda, younger cheddars, double Gloucester, older amsterdammer, and stilton. The wine is 750ml.
