Description
This wine is made from hand-picked grapes that were ripened on decomposed granite and schist soils. The grapes were then cooled overnight, destemmed, and crushed. The wine was left to obtain skin contact for four hours, and then partially natural fermented. The wine was then aged for six months in barrels and tanks. The bottle size is 750ml.
