Description
This wine was hand-picked and aged on decomposed granite and schist soils. The grapes were cooled overnight and then destemmed and crushed the next morning. The wine was left to obtain skin contact for 4 hours, and then partially natural fermented. The wine was then aged on fine lees for 6 months. The bottle size is 750ml.
