This wine is a Sauvignon Blanc from the Elim region of South Africa. It is a unique wine because of its concentration of flavors, specifically figs, gooseberries, grapefruit, and fynbos. The wine has a steely minerality on the palate that is a reflection of the cool maritime climate of the region. The wine is 750ml in size.
