Forrester The Fmc is a single vineyard chenin blanc wine that is aged for one year in barrel on the lees. The wine is rich and layered with dried apricot, vanilla, and honey. The wine will gain additional complexity with cellaring. The wine is 750ml in size.
A careful selection of up to 10 harvests through the same vineyard choosing the bunches at their peak, naturally fermented in French oak about 50% new and aged for a year in barrel on the lees.
The pinnacle of what we consider to be the finest expression of the grapes of this varietal an icon chenin, a challenge to the world! Rich, layered with dried apricot, vanilla and honey.Will gain additional complexity with cellaring.
